This 10-dollar collar is a Chinese failure. There are anti-barking collars on the Allegro, but better. I have one for PLN 299 from the innotek company. I noticed that they are still on the Allegro. And when the neighbors have to pay various penalties, etc., they will throw out more, so I advise them to equip them with something like that.
Plus, it really works :) At least my neighbors don't want to kill me for barking my doggy :)

Any methods such as an air rifle and others that cause pain are a manifestation of the originators' extreme idleness, put yourself in the place of the animal, shoot your own child, maybe something will light up in your head, the animal is not to blame for barking, it's his natural instinct, apparently something going wrong.
I wonder what would happen if I was shooting from my window at donkeys tearing their faces drunk at night.
There are appropriate institutions to deal with this, the police have legal grounds for this, you should first consult the animal rights institutions, the city and commune office knows who to contact, the dog may be sick or starved. If the neighbor is not bothered by barking and has a deep peace of others, there is nothing to caress, apparently it is a blunt "beetroot".
Stalking with an air rifle or putting drugs on drugs may end in prosecution and sentence for the abuse of animals.

You better not give hints because there will be such "talents" what they will do anyway ...

Hmm .. a friend had a problem with dogs but a little different. The dogs pissed on his fence. So he connected the electricity to the fence and made a button. When the dog started to pee, he turned it on;]. The effect was gone by the dogs. You might think of something similar

There is a device like a stationary anti-barker, I have something like that and I know that it works for dogs. The only downside of such a device is that it has a range of about 15 meters, which is not always enough.
