I am a layman in such matters. The question is whether you can do it at all ?? !! for example, when someone plays music loudly from some CD, radio or television equipment.

Can I send a signal that interferes with the work of such a device and will cause, for example, some squeaks or other unpleasant sounds for them?

The easiest way is to go to the neighbors and make an acoustic signal that it bothers you. It often helps and costs nothing :)

You can also call 997 with a request for intervention, if the method of the previous speaker does not work.
I advise against broadcasting signals by hitting the radiators with a hammer, because the signal, apart from the intended addressee, will also reach other residents.

But seriously. You are unlikely to be able to disturb the CD. So what remains is the radio and TV. But if you live in a block of flats, you probably have cable. And I don't suppose you've managed to make a device that only disturbs that one recipient. So the methods remain illegal ...

The topic was already rolled on the forum before. If he listens to the radio or TV, maybe you would do something else to him, but when he listens to the CD, forget too many cons ... You can always contribute to a power failure in the vertical building ;) hehe

... or cut the cable from the cable ...

I have an antenna amplifier in the basement which, when I connected it in a block under the antenna on the roof, I cut off the TV for all the neighbors and I received quite well myself :P The telpod is a device :)

    Hello.
It is best to knock out the main switch in the block and keep the saint awake until morning.
Let the one who has to worry about it, and if someone asks, it will be obvious that the seat was so loud that the traffic jams broke.
    Regards.

I'd risk banging a hammer on the radiator
because my neighbor knows number, 997! In the morning I would disturb my friend's neighbor!
if the radiator did not help with No. 997, counting on the help of a friend of my neighbor as a witness = in case No. 997 attacked me, and the radiator in case of failure of my first intervention, which
I would have to repeat ;)

I would cut the windows of my neighbor so that they would crack or if he was loud, he would throw a stone, then it is easy to explain that he exaggerated with loudness and the glass broke :P

And the stone teleported inside the apartment :)

How will you do it if he lives on the 10th floor, I'm just asking :)
because maybe you are a "mountain climber" or a tightrope walker, and then oh!
sorry, I would prefer to fight with the "radiator" with the help of a neighbor's friend! and if there are two of us, then even 997 will not be able to do it, because we and our neighbor have a hammer = Sworn Translator ;)

You can also screw in a light bulb or even better a semiconductor diode instead of a fuse.

    Hello :D

the first is good as long as you know the 997 circuitry
powering the flats! but then they can close the whole division of citizens living in them, and in the other one, something "damn" will hit = the neighbor will stop playing, and what about the refrigerators in the entire vertical ;)

it will be cheaper, a three-channel electronic switch!, a function gene, e.g. up to 100kHz, and a tip, e.g.
on IGBT + small column with piezo speakers :P

    Added after 2 [minutes]:

you can always modify the project if the budget exceeds the cost estimate, using the "D" class boost without a filter at the output and this column :P

    Hello.
What if we could build a generator with enough power to cause the effect that a cell does on the cables.
That is, when we bring the cell phone and ring it, it disturbs.
And the disturbing signal will be a signal from a neighbor, then it will very beautifully start to wake up itself and squeal to the rhythm of his music, so he will think that his equipment is going to hell and will turn it off or go silent.
With this excitation I mean a similar effect when you bring the microzon closer to the loudspeaker, but with the difference that the transmission will be high power radio.
Maybe I wrote it a little bit hauntingly, but it should burn out.
    Regards.
    Marcin.

I will give you a hint on how to discourage your neighbor from playing loud ... almost zero expense ... we had such a guy playing around the clock and he did not take into account anyone. Zero idea once out of fear because it's gumbas. So, to the point, every time a neighbor was playing, we were painfully hanging cards with information. party on the 4th floor, apartment No. 12. My surname is ... please, free admission, it helped so much that it turned out not only bothered me, but others, so it was them they called the police, not me..later we sent leaflets with his address and the phone number to the university a neighbor came home quite regularly, so it was possible to set the hours of playing ... pushed to him at the party .. and when the police arrived, they had signposts in the form of leaflets. Effect. it worked ... and the guy had no idea who was writing it :)

And as an electronics engineer, I would give up electronics, which will do nothing here, and at night I would simply put "Kropelka" glue on the door locks. In the morning, when this idiot would struggle with the door and try to close it, I would let him know that the locks probably broke due to the noise and they would definitely break more often than he would have to replace them.
Alternatively, there may also be a deep "injection" of mounting foam into the exhaust pipe if he has a car and is not keeping it in his garage.

What if you gave his wife a CD
    with music your favorite songs
with the assurance that today it is trendy
you will correct the neighbor this way
    acoustic errors

because although the woman likes to talk more often
less often on ours by lending ear
to the sounds of music is not deaf
and almost everyone wanting to dance
    he likes to listen

and if I give my word!
    this music is
    pogo rhythms !!!
both a neighbor and his wife
I assure you "they will move their heads"
