    Hello.
I got a drum from the head for the Aiwa E101dk, but the screws are holding tight there. 3 I turned with a screwdriver (counter-clockwise), but one, holding the head, sits so tightly that it simply cannot be done. In addition, it is in a very uncomfortable place, so you don't go there with a wider screwdriver.
So what can be done? How to unscrew such a "dead" screw? :(

    greetings

I would suggest a few drops of kerosene on the screw so leave it for an hour so that the kerosene penetrates the thread and then try to unscrew it

And there is no solution for screws with a damaged head?

You can try to heat it up strongly with a soldering iron, the metal will expand a little and shrink when it cools down, the thread will move a little, it should release.

Sprinkle with WD40 or another similar preparation

or a few drops of Coca-Cola. It also helps.
And the idea of heating is probably not that good, the heated (read: expanded) material does not return to its original state - it will shrink enough to unscrew the screw.

Drill the head of the screw so that it comes off and then the rest can be slightly twisted off

Probably the thread is glued with some kind of glue to prevent unscrewing, in my opinion it is only heating, water and cola do not do much in the case of such small threads and with the lack of access to them.

If you can, post a photo of the drum motor and specify which screw is problematic.

It may not come back, but this method is remarkable. He works in a car repair shop and we often just heat the bolts, e.g. the wheel bolts. There is no strong screw for this. When it heats up red you have to tap it with a hammer and quickly unscrew it. And as for kerosene, cola and
WD will not do much because these fluids will not penetrate that deeply. Only near the head will work and the screw will release there, but in the rest of it the thread will remain standing. Then it is easy to break such a screw. Such liquids are rather poured on the bolt with a nut to remove the rust from the thread, which will make the bolt unscrew.

Post photos of it, preferably a few different shots, so that it is easy to spot the problem.

Rub if we drill the screw head, it won't work out completely
    describe it in more detail

after breaking the bulb, you can either try to drill the screw or thread the hole, of course, from the inside

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the challenge of unscrewing a tightly fastened screw on the drum head of an Aiwa E101dk device. Various methods are suggested, including applying kerosene to penetrate the threads, using WD-40 or Coca-Cola as lubricants, and heating the screw with a soldering iron to expand the metal. Some participants caution against heating, suggesting it may not effectively release the screw. Drilling the screw head is also proposed as a last resort. The possibility of the screw being glued is mentioned, indicating that deeper penetration methods may be necessary. Participants request additional details and images to better assess the situation.
