So I have to understand that the keys from the regular keyboard do not work - and not the numeric one? So "UP [] JKL:" M ? "Are working? We need a bit more information so that our forum members can help you. It is possible that it is only the software fault, although I'm afraid it may be a disadvantage of the cheap keyboard that will need to be replaced. What keyboard do you have on your system? You haven't installed any new programs recently, and have the keys worked before (or have they been like that since you purchased them?). Are these characters not showing up in Wordpad, or are some other characters appearing? What happens when you use these characters in the console - do you get any bushes?

Please check on the external keyboard, if it will be OK, one of the tracks on the tape from the keyboard is probably damaged.
