Can sticky keys be turned on by pressing shift five times?

After restarting the computer everything was back to normal. Then I wanted to check if the problem was caused by the keys permanently, so I pressed shift 5 times, a message appeared asking do you want to enable the keys permanently, I replied yes but I did not get the same effect as before, i.e. ER keys etc. they don't turn on anything. .. So sticky keys weren't the cause of my problem, maybe you have any other ideas?
