    Hello
You have accidentally turned on a program in Vis which, after pressing different letters, opens different windows ... for example, when pressing R the "run" window opens .... how can I turn it off?

Forgot what program did you install? Look for HotKey entries in the services and disable.

Can sticky keys be turned on by pressing shift five times?

After restarting the computer everything was back to normal.
Then I wanted to check if the problem was caused by the keys permanently, so I pressed shift 5 times, a message appeared asking "do you want to enable the keys permanently", I replied "yes" but I did not get the same effect as before, i.e. ER keys etc. they don't turn on anything. .. So sticky keys weren't the cause of my problem, maybe you have any other ideas?

I will refresh the topic a bit, I have the same effect on windows 8 turns on randomly when starting PC. Not every time and not every day, but it happens, the shortcuts assigned to the mouse buttons also stop working. What is responsible for it, as I mentioned, it happens after turning on the PC, I do not press anything on the keyboard and the keyboard may not work immediately and the selected letters trigger various functions. I have been using the eight for several months and this has only started to happen in the last 3 weeks. How can it be, I am asking for a hint what to turn off so that it would not happen.
