Keyboard Malfunctions: Keys Performing Different Functions Post-Computer Start-Up

recently there was a problem with my computer, such that after turning on the computer, almost all the keys on the keyboard have different functions, such as; when I press space, the desktop is shown to me, the "f" key opens the file browser on the disk, etc. Only when I switch to the same user, the keyboard works normally, but in firefox I can not write at all, in google chrome I can and does not work for me "h" and "c" keys in the browser for files on disks. I tried to reinstall the system but it didn't help, the problem is the same all the time. I am asking for help because this is going to be a pain in the ass, thanks for the help in advance.

Maybe you have changed keyboard settings ?? If you have win 7, on the taskbar you have the PL icon and the keyboard icon there, change from Poland (programmer) to Poland (214) or vice versa, ew ctrl + shift although I doubt that it will do something, but maybe still, look at the functions of the hard keys in control panel, maybe you have changed something there.
