Hello, the keyboard shortcuts have not been working recently. I have the same problem as my colleague on this topic https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic2690311.html.
Unfortunately, that topic does not say what to do, but what to enter.
I will write that it is rather a problem with persistent keys (I probably changed something and now I do not know how to fix). I was just doing a system restore and it didn't work. When I try to do the ctrl + c keyboard shortcut all that happens is all I hear is a sound, a "bang".

Thanks in advance for your help :)

Yes, you have? (You haven't written what your system is installed on).

Uninstall the keyboard drivers from the Device Manager and then restart the computer.

I have windows 7. Just like you have on the screen. I have uninstalled the keyboard driver a moment ago, restarted the computer and after turning it on, the driver was installed automatically, then I had to restart the computer, so I did, but the problem still persists.

With this setting, everything works fine for me. Just before the shortcuts started working in a different way than before, did you install or update any software? Upload a screen from "Programs and Features", perhaps one of the applications reserves shortcuts. Shortcuts not working in both Office applications and the browser? This is a laptop? If so, use the alt + ctrl + fn shortcut.

Check the filter key settings again.

Similar problems that can be found on the web are most often resolved by refreshing the driver. Are you sure the keyboard is working? Can you connect it to another device to check?

The keyboard is working, because I checked with a friend. I have the same as on ss'ie. I've already tried uninstalling the driver and installing it and nothing. I have the latest version of the driver.

Topic summary

Keyboard shortcuts are malfunctioning, specifically the Ctrl+C command, which produces an error sound instead of executing the function. The user suspects an issue with persistent keys and has attempted a system restore without success. They are using Windows 7 and have already uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard driver, but the problem persists. Other users suggest checking filter key settings, verifying if any software updates or installations may have affected shortcut functionality, and testing the keyboard on another device to confirm its operational status. The user reports that keys 5 and 6 are also non-functional.
