Hello all. Some time ago my computer crashed, so I have to use a replacement, but now it starts to fail, so I decided to take on the reactivation of the previous one. :)
when it is turned on, only the message appears: F2 Bios Setup / F12 Boot Menu and a bar that loads up to about 75%. Nothing happens yet. After pressing F12 the system management configuration changed or problem occurred and info about bios (pxoenix bios version 4.06).
When I press F2, it's just what I am saying when I press F12: entering setup ... and then nothing else happens.
I also noticed that the Prock windmill stopped spinning because I did not get electricity so I connected it somewhere else
What can be a problem, which can be broken. If anyone has any idea, please ask for a hint.

Post correct. You use diacritics or you do not use them at all!

And that can be a problem. The board checks whether the processor has adequate cooling if it does not have it stops the boot. Try replacing the windmill with the same or similar speed control (3 wires). Did you reset the BIOS?

P.S. Do what he asks for mat_ed.

The model of the motherboard would be useful. But do the following now:
    1. Disconnect disks and drives (CD, DVD, floppies) from the motherboard and try to start the computer.
    2. Reset the BIOS (by removing the battery from the motherboard for several seconds), then try to start the computer.
    3. Watch the motherboard if there are no swelling capacitors on it (as in this topic - https://www.elektroda.pl/ rtvforum / topic1221090.html .
