Setting Channel Power Levels on Motorola GM 300 Using RIB-A Cables

I wanted to ask how to set the power for a given channel, I need one channel to have less power and the other bigger one and I do not know how to do it. I have rib-a soft cables. Thank you in advance for your help.

You program the "Per Channel" radio, eg 1 and 2 channel - there you choose Power Level "Low" or "High" and then in the "Per Radio" - RF tab declare the power of Low and High. that's it.

Well, maybe someone knows how to program the GM300 scan ??? I have 8 channel versions and expanded to 16th Band 146 - 174MHz.
