    I. Programming the automatic closing and opening of windows from the remote control

Fold the glass down then up and hold it for 5 seconds when the glass is already closed. This should be done with each glass.

Checking whether it works consists in holding the button on the remote control for opening or closing the door for approx. 4-5 seconds, depending on what you want to do.

II. Description of deactivation / activation of the seat belt reminder in the MkIII.

    1. Verify that all vehicle doors are closed.
    2. Check that the ignition switch is in the 0 position.
    3. Check that the driver's seat belt is unfastened.
    4. Check that the vehicle's headlights are off.
    5. Turn the ignition switch to position II (without starting the engine).
    6. Wait for the seat belt warning light to go off (this may take up to several minutes).

The next steps should be performed in no more than 60 seconds.

    7. Fasten and then unfasten the driver's seat belt three times - leaving the seat belt unfastened.
    8. Turn the headlamps on and then off.
    9. Re-fasten and then unfasten the driver's seat belt three times - leaving the seat belt finally unfastened.
    10. The seat belt warning light should illuminate for 3 seconds and then go off.
    11. Fasten and then unfasten the seat belt within 7 seconds after the warning lamp goes out.

The above procedure will deactivate the seat belt reminder (if it was active) or activate it (if it was inactive).

If the deactivation (activation) procedure was performed correctly, the seat belt warning light should confirm this as follows:
    - flash for 3 seconds with a frequency of 4 flashes per second,
    - go out for 3 seconds,
    - flash again for 3 seconds with a frequency of 4 flashes per second.

    III GEM test

    to run the test:
    -ignition at 0
    - pull out by hand
-to put neutral or automatic machine on "P"
-fasten the driver's seat belt (only some versions)
-close the door (but not the central one)
    Test activation:
    -ignition on on
    -ignition to off
-press and hold the rear window heating button
    -we turn on the ignition
    - release the rear window heating button
If the GEM enters test mode, we will hear a beep and flash directions

We check the input signal to the GEM:
Set the wiper levers to the off position and then press the system that you want to check, e.g. lights, central, sprinklers, etc., etc.
When a given system gives an input signal, the system confirms it with sound and directions.

To check the output signal from GEM, set the wiper levers to the time mode.

    IV.Audio band test mode

    Reading the software version

    1) Press the "off and footfall" buttons for about 2 seconds, then the "AC" button within 1.5 seconds of releasing the "OFF and foot-flow" button.

There are also tips for MK III:

    To view the current errors:
    1) Turn on the ignition
    2) Briefly press the two buttons "OFF" and "Footwell airflow" (together)
    3) Press the "Auto" button within 2 seconds
    4) The system is now in service mode

    To view intermittent errors:

    1) Turn on the ignition
    2) Briefly press the two buttons "OFF" and "Footwell airflow" (together)
    3) Within 2 seconds, press the "face blower" button
    4) The system is now in diagnostic mode. the codes will be shown on the LCD screen.
Each code consists of 2 parts of 2 numbers - it will be displayed anyway. The display time of one element is 2 seconds.
So you have to "fold" the code from 2 parts and read what it means on the basis of the following data:

B1200 - AC control module - internal fault
B1242 - AC heater recirculation flap motor
    B1251 - In-car temperature sensor - open circuit
B1253 - In-car temperature sensor - short circuit to earth
B1259 - AC sunlight sensor - open circuit
B1261 - AC sunlight sensor - short circuit to earth
B1262 - AC heater defrost flap motor

B2297 - Heater output temperature sensor - open cirsuit
B2298 - Heater output temperature sensor - short circuit to earth
    B2308 - In-car temperature sensor blower

Pressing any of the buttons, except the "defrost" button, causes the exit from the service mode.

    Erasing error codes

In the error code reading mode, press the "defrost" button. The error codes can also be read and erased via the ODB2 service computer.

For a better understanding of errors, it is still in Polish
    B1200 - Internal A / C controller error
B1242 - The hot air recirculation motor is faulty
B1251 - Internal temperature sensor - open circuit
B1253 - Internal temperature sensor - short circuit in the circuit

B1261 - Sunlight sensor - short circuit in the circuit
B1262 - Faulty hot / defrost air regulating motor
    B1342 - Internal A / C driver error
    B1676 - A / C driver power failure
B2297 - heating temperature sensor - open circuit
B2298 - heating temperature sensor - short circuit in the circuit
B2308 - Internal temperature sensor motor defective
