At the start a logo appears with the inscription: "QUALITY DESIGN INNOVWATION". Perhaps this is the producer's logo.

I am looking for a bios that would allow me to start with a cd drive and a small oc.
In the current bios, the disc does not have the option of starting with cd.
I can not identify a specific producer of this disc.
