    Hello

A puddle formed in the vicinity of the washing machine a few months ago. At first, I did not associate it with the water drops collecting in the place marked with the arrow in the attached photo, the more so because after cleaning the filter the problem suddenly disappeared. I figured it was about an overfilled filter. After a month of cleaning and two washes, I suddenly felt a puddle again, I checked the filter - clean, but water appears again at the valve and as it turned out it simply flows down the tube, hence the puddle. The question is whether it is enough to treat it with some external gasket, or is the problem with the valve and will it need to be replaced?

There are two options. You take and unscrew these two reductions and tuck them, for example with Teflon, or you buy a new valve with an outlet probably for 1/2 inch. By the way, who used such inventions. The cost of the valve with the appropriate outlet for the hose is about PLN 15. Greater certainty of tightness of the connection.

Unfortunately, such valves should be used "in the natural environment" !!! and not in apartments! This is rubbish! Not a valve! Therefore, I am writing that in the natural environment it should possibly be used, because water leaks through this mediocrity !!! Do not buy these cheap valves for the apartment !!! I do not recommend because I had this mediocrity!
