    Hello

I wanted to log in to my e-mail today and I can not surely enter the correct password and login, but it does not help, login error pops up. I wanted to change the password and nothing, I sent a text message and got the answer to the coma that the number is not assigned, I tried with an auxiliary question and nothing. Can you do something about it? I have some really important information there. Is it possible that someone broke into my post office and changed everything for me? thank you for any information. Regards

    Agnes

Instead of login in this field, enter the e-mail address you used for registration. e.g. as I type:
    cepilek(_at_)poczta.onet.pl
and the second field is the password.
Onet.pl Mail Login Issue: Incorrect Password, Failed Password Reset, and Security Concerns
It helped? I checked the server and mail.

I corrected the post - wrong picture. Please use the "Add picture" button. [piterus99]

Create a new account on Onet and write to the admin to give you the password to that account. If you used the wrong password several times, they may have blocked your account for some time. Read the regulations in this regard and try tomorrow.
PS - go to TLEN.PL - it is much more functional and there are no such adventures ... The possibility of breaking in is always there, but you could have CAPS LOCK turned on and that's why you turned it off, turn off the CAPS LOCK keyboard and the numeric keypad and try tomorrow log on calmly ...

Unfortunately, onet does not provide passwords because it is not able to verify the real owner of the account, therefore you need to fill in the password recovery form, which must be signed by a notary public, which costs some time and effort. I wonder if there is any other way and if it is possible that someone broke into my e-mail and moved it.

Read above - take it easy ... Try again tomorrow without the green lights on your keyboard! Also try tomorrow at work or at your friend's on another computer because maybe yours has broken down in some way or the keyboard is freaking out?

Ok, I will try but I suspect that it will not help, this is my only e-mail and I have a bank account on this e-mail and an account on Allegro. at least make sure it's a break-in or not

Now go to a friend or colleague and try to log in from their computer. OKAY? In this way, you will find the malfunction of your own equipment when you manage to log in with a friend, for example. And you didn't have this Capc Lock pressed during the first attempts?

I tried as you said and I have already logged in from 4 different computers and I have a login error on each of them. CAPS LOCK was not pressed when I logged in because I was paying close attention to it

All that remains is to wait - until tomorrow, so many times I had to ... Frequent attempts to use the wrong password block access for longer. The internet provider may also have problems, which in your case provides all your colleagues with the internet, was the internet provider the same or different? If it is different, wait 12 hours or 24 hours and try again. I have no other advice! I wish you could have tried to change your password. Or maybe you succeeded in changing one time?

Internet provider was different, my password was always the same and I never changed it until now, when I couldn't log in, I wanted to change my password through this auxiliary question

Now I logged in to Onet with the wrong password 20 times and it did not block me - the 21st time I gave the correct password, I logged in. Maybe your internet provider has a problem with the Onet server? It can also be so. But when you write that the supplier was different, I was already stunned ... Maybe you managed to change your password during some attempt?

Have you set up another e-mail account on Onet and checked if you are logging in correctly? If not, do it now and write whether you are logging in correctly to another account ?!

no, I didn't set up another account, but my sister also has an onet account and she logs in without any problems (we live in one apartment and we have the same extra bed)

Well, the conclusion is that you inadvertently left someone remembered your password and he used it. Cracking the password (unless it was 1234, zaq12wsx or login) is not a simple matter.

maybe, I logged in to my friends' e-mail, but I always checked the 'remember password' option, but in fact, maybe I missed something, what should I do in this case? because I was just thinking about breaking this current password to somehow get to this post, but I also don't want to grab the sun with my hoe.

Look for a computer with your password remembered, e.g. with these friends, and even though you will not log in, you will know who could use it or talk to it.
Someone clever will delete the remembered password anyway or not, may forget about it.

is Brutus for passwords ok? because I have just installed one and I am thinking about using it.

    Added after 51 [minutes]:

I did that too, but even if it was someone of my friends, he will not admit it anyway, besides, there is also a university where I logged in on practically every computer ... and my anti-virus detected 4-Trojans on time and on time ... I don't know what to do, I would like to recover the password as soon as possible.

I remind the user agnieszka1951 - we do not promote password breaking on the forum, discussions on this subject are generally forbidden due to point 3.1.1 of our regulations.

I will say from myself that such a brutus will not be of any use to you.
The fastest way is through a lawyer or not to bother, just to set up a new account and better watch yourself.

The option to change the password is that you had a hopelessly easy reminder (like "My son's name" or "What do I eat for breakfast") and someone took advantage of it.

Throw the password on GOOGLE: "Where to find the saved password" or something similar ... Find something similar to the browser you used ...
Scan all computers you have worked on in such a way as here:

I can't log in for the third day!
I am pissed off to the max because I wrote to these chicks twice already and so far they have not reacted!
I am really mad at this portal - there has always been something wrong with it and I have two important boxes on it because a friend previously noticed that it was the only place where you could have a website for free ... Well, I still have it, although it disappears all the time - I guess what three months, but she should only be six!
How they finally modernized this Google-shaped box, it was even good, but what has been happening for a few days is beyond human understanding! How can you treat users like this?!

That is why I previously advised to use TLEN for e-mail and I have a free website at wwwcepilek2.republika.pl and everything has been OK with me for years.

For the same reason (poor access to onet.pl e-mail) I have an e-mail on gmail.com
    - I'm sending from the gmail server with the return address @ onet.pl
    - server gmail downloads emails from @ onet.pl to a gmail mailbox,

in a word, I use gmail as a proxy for @onet accounts.

Cepilek, I think it's hard for me to make various variations and combinations because onet pushed myself to users with a free account! The only possibility is probably to just give them up, especially since this account has a lot of crap - free ads :(
Yesterday I was in the library and logged in there, but heck at home I log into my two other accounts on google and newspaper without any problems. Only for onet no! In nieszcescie, where I have two most important accounts :(

Antivirus may be blocking, but shouldn't be, changing web or mail shield settings.

I have a free avast ... As you can see a very strong antivirus ... Besides, I didn't change anything and on the fourth day I can't enter online! Moreover, these wonderful admirers completely ignore e-mails! At least they used to try to answer them ... (On interia, it does not work, because when I stopped using their accounts, they simply closed them, deleting all the content for me and saying that I agreed to it myself ... :| This is the internet we have in the 21st century :( ((... a horse would laugh .......
