Hello The above capacitor blew me up and I have no idea what the capacity is, and what I could replace it with. The capacitor comes from a heat gun.

On the website from which you took this photo, at the end of the discussion the questioner admits that he complied with the advice, mounted 2x4.7uF / 400V and a heat gun it works. Probably 8u / 400V (4.7 + 3.3 can be used).
