    As we know, sneezing is the body`s reaction to e.g. rhinitis (runny nose), allergies, etc. Its purpose is to clear the nose. Our body is able to create such pressure that when we sneeze, the air reaches a speed of up to 160 km/h.
    My question arose because sometimes when I`m sleeping, any noise or rustle can wake me up.

    Sneezing is a reflex, so theoretically, sneezing is rare in practice :D .
    If someone hits your knee with a hammer in your dream, your leg will jump because it`s a reflex... (and you`ll wake up and ask what that idiot is doing with the hammer :lol :)

    I often sleepwalk while I sleep, so you can probably sneeze, most often in the rem phase :)

    Apparently I sometimes play the guitar while sleeping. This is quite strange, especially since if I don`t sleep I can`t play... or even have a guitar!

    And in general, it`s "sneezing"... it`s an organ...

    Actually, I`ve also seen people do various things while sleeping, but not sneezing. Once I saw my friend fall out of bed and didn`t even wake up
