Hello, I have an Intex self-inflating mattress. After pumping up I wake up on the floor in the morning. What could be the reason, is it possible to fix, seal the pump?

Unscrew the pump and lubricate the seals with petroleum jelly.

Hello, is there a safe way to disassemble-remove this whole plastic box (with the mechanism-motor that pumps and seals the mattress)? I had a similar situation, but attempts to seal were unsuccessful. It looks like it's somehow glued (or welded) to the mattress material, but can it be pulled out and then properly reattached (taking into account the pressure)? Thx

I'm bumping the topic - I have the same problem, I don't want to damage the mattress when disassembling the pump

I did not enjoy the COMFORT mattress, bought in June 2021 in the Jysk store in Zyrardów. Until recently, everything was fine, but suddenly I found myself on the floor in the morning.
I'm very careful, so I didn't find any damage to the mattress.
However, I noticed a non-glued seal on the top and bottom of the panel of the built-in electric pump.
Could this be causing air to leak out of the mattress?
After inflating, the mattress lasts a maximum of 1 hour.
It's a pity, because this is my third mattress, and the other two I hid deep
    in the cupboard as useless.
Please advise if I can replace the mattress or have it repaired as it is still under warranty.
I am waiting for an e-mail contact or a return phone number 782413793.

There is a possibility, just today I disassembled it. You need a flat screwdriver as wide as possible and as wide as possible so that it fits into the slot of this plastic and you have to pry around until the latches come out, there are 7 of them, then a medium Phillips screwdriver 3 screws from the pump and after the competition the frame needs to be lubricated with petroleum jelly, possibly replacing the gasket with a slightly thicker one, but unfortunately it often wears off.
