I found something strange in the apartment, is it a bedbug?

Hello,
I'm new to the forum and I don't know if I put the topic in the right section, so please be understanding.
This morning I found some strange little piece in the flat on the ground (see photos). I have no idea where it might have gotten there from, the cat probably got it from somewhere.
I do not know anything about it, so hence my question: can it be any part of the wiretap (bedbugs)? My question also comes from the fact that I have certain grounds to suspect someone of eavesdropping on me in my apartment.

No, it's not a bug .... it's called buzzer from the motherboard computer (nothing harmful)

It is a buzzer pulled from the motherboard of a PC. It is not a wiretap.
