Hello. At the end of August, I noticed a strange phenomenon in my apartment. When in the socket located farthest from the fuse box (fuse, two phases) a device with a high power consumption, e.g. a computer, is connected, the box sounds as if a short circuit, but nothing happens, it does not knock out. However, that's why I don't use this socket for my computer, I don't know what would happen if it lasted for a few minutes or hours. However, when it comes to sockets located closer to the fuses, they do not cause a scratching effect in the fuses, but it is audible in the sockets themselves. I also did a test and connected the phone with the charger itself, to exclude the influence of another device, I disconnected everything else along with the refrigerator, and after a few seconds the shooting in the telephone socket started anyway. There were already 2 electricians, measurements ok, fuse box cleaned, sockets checked, they see no problem. I noticed one regularity, namely it happens most often on a day like today, warm and sunny, when it is cooler or it is night, it is rather calm. What's up?

if something is buzzing, probably something is not connecting, check the connections in the sockets / boxes ... tighten the screws, and if the cable connections are twisted pair (!), tighten them or replace with some connectors. It is only strange that the experts did not detect it.

I would not call it a buzzing, it is a shooting for a few seconds somewhere in the middle of the sockets - it will shoot a few seconds, then it will stop again for a few seconds and again (of course only when something is plugged into it). Anyway, the sockets themselves have already been checked from the inside, and it is strange that in all of them something fell on command. The box was also disassembled and inspected twice by electricians.
The computer can run on such a grinding socket for several hours in a row and nothing happens, i.e. it does not go out, nothing has broken during this month, the fuses also do not break.
It happens when it is warm, for example today this shooting was unbearable and hence this topic, cooling will come, it is calm. The temperature has some influence on the wires in the walls maybe? The installation is somewhere in the 60-70s.
A neighbor from behind the wall had a meter replaced a few months ago with this new type, which can be remotely read. I wonder why, I have to ask him by the way.

    EDIT:
Although the topic is closed, I will add my own. Once again, the sockets were checked and replaced, and the box was changed to a new one with automatic fuses. According to electricians, everything is ok, in my opinion still not because the topic returned as soon as it got hot recently. So I still consider my search for regularities related to temperature to be appropriate. Greetings.

    EDIT2:
The problem seems to be resolved, the reason can be seen in the photo below, the end of the wire and insulation looked similar.

You buddy, do not look for any regularities, but look for an electrician who will prevent a bigger failure.
    And I close the topic.
