Need help with programming 29f800, without desoldering the chip? Something like J-tag or something, correct me if I am wrong.

This memory supports ONLY paralell reading/programming. Check the Application Note (i.e. AM29F800 : link here - on page 3, internal structure block diagram). I'm afraid you will have to solder it out.

Yes thanks, I was trying to avoid desoldering, I have socket for it and programmer but I was wondering is there some safer and simpler way to program it.Thanks for reply, best regards.
