Choosing a smart home controller: Nexwell, STERBOX or Loxone?

Hello,
I have a project involving four smart homes.
I’m looking for a company that offers control systems with a wide range of features. It’s very important to me that controlling and visualising the smart home via a mobile phone or computer is easy and user-friendly.
My other requirements are fairly standard: basic inputs and outputs.
Which company can you recommend? I’m looking for a good balance between price and quality. Ideally, a well-established company offering a full warranty.

What do you think of Loxone?
I’ve been playing around with their programming software a bit today, and it really is very user-friendly and logic-based. I managed to do everything I wanted:
- Lighting control (scenes)
- Heating control
- Irrigation control (schedule)
- Staircase lighting (motion sensors)
- Blind control

To be honest, I really like this system from the Austrian company – at least it’s not Chinese.
What do you lot think of this company?

Take a look at Link . I’m constantly working on this solution because it’s comprehensive and can be used for both small houses and larger residences. It also has plenty of low-cost modules, making it suitable for more modest projects as well as surface-mounted equipment from various manufacturers. I also really value the extensive communication capabilities. There are two programming tools available. For simple systems – scenes, schedules, alarms, zones… – there’s FoxTool; but if you want to add a lot more controls, such as inverters, solar panels, boiler integration, a weather station, a web server, RF, SMS, email or M-Bus measurements, then Mosaic is the more comprehensive tool. You can download both for free.

A LoxMORE I/O expansion module by Loxone, designed to expand
the LoxLIVE miniserver. It has 8 binary inputs , 8 binary outputs, 4
analogue inputs and 4 analogue outputs.

The Loxone Extension module uses these inputs and outputs , supports
additional signals from sensors and buttons within the Loxone automation system and enables
control of actuators.

The module is new and unused. In its original packaging.
