    Hello.

    I bought a BEKO washing machine, initially connected it to the sewage system and left the house, and when I came back, it turned out that my roommate had put on the laundry and the washing machine started to go crazy, and then it turned out that the transport protections were not yet removed and I quickly turned off the laundry.

    Can we draw them like this? Could anything have been damaged?

    It is necessary to check that the concrete weights of the drum are securely fastened - they may have become loose or torn.
    Damage to the housing may be purely aesthetic, but it is worth checking it out.
    There is a chance it will be usable.

    In general, the washing machine did the laundry, there was a spin and when it started to shake, we turned it off after a few minutes. "There is a chance that it will be usable" sounds like "something must have broken" - you think something must have broken for sure? The warranty does not cover this type of damage;

    We left the washing machine with the laundry inside and I'm wondering if I should just go tomorrow to buy a key, unscrew these locking screws and run the laundry.

    There's a good chance it'll be usable :)
    However, the inspection is necessary, because torn or loose weights will cause shocks during spinning and will continue to break off, which means an expensive replacement of the tank.

    Thank you for the info, can I unscrew these screws and just let the laundry run, or do I drain the water first and pull out the laundry?

    Where did the spinning water come from? you spin ;) Whether there is laundry is not so important for assessing whether the tank is whole and the elements are not loosened or bent.

    Actually :)
    I pulled out the laundry, the drum inside is in pristine condition - tomorrow I'll buy this key, unscrew these security devices and hope that everything will run smoothly.

    Thank you for your help.

    Regards.

Topic summary

A user experienced issues with a BEKO washing machine after their roommate operated it without removing the transport protections. The machine functioned initially but began to shake violently, prompting the user to turn it off. Responses from the forum suggested checking the concrete weights of the drum for security and potential damage. The user confirmed that the drum was in good condition after removing the laundry and planned to unscrew the transport screws to resume normal operation. It was noted that the key for removing these screws was not included with the machine, and the user successfully leveled the machine afterward.
