    Hello,

The Beko WML15106P washing machine does not respond to buttons. The washing machine door (if enabled) is blocked. When turned off, the door unlocks after about a minute and can be opened normally. When the washing machine is turned on, the door lock can be heard.

What have I tried (several times): enabling / disabling child lock,
restart (holding the "start / pause / restart" button. Cleaning the pump filter - when the washing machine was switched off, I unscrewed the filter, a small amount of water leaked, removed a piece of the label from the clothes (there should be no reason for any blockage), more foreign elements were not there. I cleaned the filter and reinstalled. I checked that the pump impeller moves freely - nothing blocks it.

The LEDs on the washing machine glow like this:

Attempts to force the washing machine to perform any of the operations described in the instructions do not result. The only thing the washing machine reacts to is "child lock", after holding the two right buttons the first LED starts blinking (or stops) to the right of "start / pause"

Let me know if I should throw her out :) Thank you in advance for every attempt to help!

Water flows into the washing machine after setting the washing program?
Is the washing machine running or not on the spin program?
If the washing machine did not start even on the spin, then the motor brushes should be checked.

The washing machine does not respond at all. The pump does not start, generally nothing happens. I think the water flows into the washing machine because it is connected to the same connector as the faucet in the kitchen (and it works correctly). I will check if there is a problem with it, but I wouldn't count on it. In addition, the washing machine does not respond to a program reset made according to the instructions. The start / pause / reset LED lights up constantly regardless of communication attempts with the washing machine interface ;) , except for switching on / off

Now I think that maybe the start button just broke, but the washing machine from what I know is quite new.

A colleague wrote that the door lock is blocking, but it can still be a problem.
Let a colleague check whether the connection block from the lock has good contact with the lock pins.

To check the brushes on the motor.

In the drum motor or water pump?

Is there any chance that the brushes of the engine in the almost new washing machine are in poor condition? And would this cause this behavior of the washing machine?

The brushes are only in the washing machine's driving motor, the water pump motor is a magnetic motor. Until your friend check it out, he won't find out in what condition the brushes are.

I do not know washing machines, but I see no reason to check the brushes in the drum motor, since the washing machine does not even take in water. Any argument maybe "colleague" has? I am grateful for help but if I have to check all the elements of the washing machine in turn without any logical thinking, I can do it without a hint ... unfortunately I do not sit at home all day at this washing machine :( wants to solve the problem and not review the washing machine

I suggest starting with a door lock, and preferably replacing it, and if it doesn't help, the inspection of your friend's washing machine components will not pass together with checking the electronic module. If your friend limits time, it may be better to immediately call a professional from home appliances.

After all, this washing machine can be up to 10 years old if not better, it is not so new at all and brushes are a fairly common fault in arcelika engines.

I have similar symptoms. After entering the service menu it shows error E05 and then all the symbols on the display light up. E05 is supposedly an error from the pump. Do you have any suggestions for further diagnosis.

Edith. So for me the pump works for a short time, and the bulb in place of the pump does not necessarily. I also bet on electronics. Now you would have to locate the triac from the pump.
