Beko WML15106P Washing Machine: Unresponsive Buttons and Locked Door Issues

The Beko WML15106P washing machine does not respond to buttons. The washing machine door (if enabled) is blocked. When turned off, the door unlocks after about a minute and can be opened normally. When the washing machine is turned on, the door lock can be heard.

What have I tried (several times): enabling / disabling child lock,
restart (holding the "start / pause / restart" button. Cleaning the pump filter - when the washing machine was switched off, I unscrewed the filter, a small amount of water leaked, removed a piece of the label from the clothes (there should be no reason for any blockage), more foreign elements were not there. I cleaned the filter and reinstalled. I checked that the pump impeller moves freely - nothing blocks it.

Attempts to force the washing machine to perform any of the operations described in the instructions do not result. The only thing the washing machine reacts to is "child lock", after holding the two right buttons the first LED starts blinking (or stops) to the right of "start / pause"
