    Zielin48, if the holder was blocked when there was a capsule inside, it is possible that some of the drink remained inside the needle, blocking the water flow. The machine should come with a needle cleaning tool (in this model it is located at the back, behind the water tank). I suggest cleaning the needle and then rinsing the coffee machine according to the user manual.

    NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machines make a characteristic sound when brewing coffee. However, loud "humming" is not a sign of a defect in the coffee machine.

    lift the flap / remove the drawer / lower the flap / aim a 0.5 mm wire, e.g. from a straightened paper clip, into the hole / press / remove the housing with the needle / clean the needle / run water through the device / insert the needle until it locks / done!
