We suggest then pouring the maximum amount of water into the water tank, and then inserting and removing the tank from the device. This operation should be repeated even several times. The coffee machine should be turned off during this time. Then turn on the device and run the water through it without the capsule. If, despite this, the coffee machine does not consume water or you cannot hear the engine at all, you will need to contact an authorized service center in order to determine the cause of the failure and repair the device.
