Hey, I am the owner of the above-mentioned coffee machine, i.e. as in the topic, used max 3-4 times. It stood for about 1.5 years without use. And now, unfortunately, it turns out that it has stopped collecting water. What cause? Anyone had such a problem?
    Please help and tips :)

Tysiunia23, we are sorry for the defect described by you. If you hear the motor running when trying to make a drink, there is a risk of air in the machine. We suggest then pouring the maximum amount of water into the water tank, and then inserting and removing the tank from the device. This operation should be repeated even several times. The coffee machine should be turned off during this time. Then turn on the device and run the water through it without the capsule. If, despite this, the coffee machine does not consume water or you cannot hear the engine at all, you will need to contact an authorized service center in order to determine the cause of the failure and repair the device. We send a link to the manufacturer's website, where you will find the service address closest to your place of residence: www.krups.com.pl/serwis/naprawa

Mr. "Doradca" is a bit right, although he doubts that taking the tank out would help ..
After 1.5 years, the pump "stands on end".

Please tell me, does the machine make a rather loud empty pump noise when trying to make coffee?
If so, the matter is theoretically trivial .. You have to give her water under pressure ..
In practice, it is best to use a conventional syringe bought at a pharmacy.
And fit some hmm .. "adapter" or an adapter so that you can inject water into the tank socket and push the water pump ..

    Well, I was a little scared now ... :|
Overall, it seems to me that the coffee machine works as before, I mean noises. But I will try to check every possibility.

Could a clogged limescale nozzle also be the cause? Due to the fact that we have hard water and the machine has never been descaled?

Tysiunia23, the manufacturer of Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machines, the Krups company recommends descaling the device every 3-4 months, when the coffee machine is used every day. If you have only prepared 4 drinks so far, the problem you described should not be caused by the limescale in the device. You can check the permeability of the capsule's piercing needle using the wire located under the water tank on your coffee machine. If you can hear the engine running, we suggest deaerating the coffee machine in accordance with the instructions provided in the previous post.

    Hello.
The advisor is right. I didn't use express for about a year and I had the same problem. Of course, a few times it is enough to insert the water tank full to the brim. You can clearly see how the air bubbles are flying.
    Thank you for your help.
    Regards, Mirek
