Logitech Gaming Software version 8.40.83, the latest one, does not detect my headphones and mouse - G35, g700. I connect them to the USB, but the program does not see them. The headphones and mouse work, of course, but I can't change their settings.
    Tried re-install to no avail.

I tried to remove and plug it in, it didn't work.
However, you gave me an idea, I will just write to the support.

write, just describe exactly what USB you have and what you connect to - USB 2.0, USB 3.0, what system and LGS version; it would be good if you tried this clean boot and the earlier version of LGS, because I know what I'm saying: 8.40 is full of bugs ;)

I connect to usb 2.0, and what headphones have usb I do not have an idea, probably also 2.0
    Windows 7 x64
now I installed 8.35, unfortunately it didn't help.
    What clean bot?

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 this is a clean boot procedure

uninstall, enter the computer in clean boot, install, restart the computer

Besides, before that, go to the Device Manager and right-click each item and update the drivers

    Added after 23 [minutes]:

    see here about drivers
