Ideas for measuring and visualising energy consumption via a website

Hello.
I'm not a regular so forgive me if I didn't find a similar topic after typing in search terms.
And the topic, I'm looking for some ideas for measuring electrical energy with the possibility of switching the results via www.
The system would only be limited to measuring energy consumption and visualising the results via a web-based internal computer network (details are open).
Do you have any ideas for something like this, are there any ready-made meters with a built-in web server (something like ip cameras)?
Thanks a lot for any hints on how to solve this, as I don't even really know what to type into Uncle Google.
