Zipato/Zipabox with DSC alarm: PC5400, line blocking, fixed IP on Neostrada?

Hello everyone,
my client has a DSC alarm system and would like to have a smart home system compatible with this system, so that he can control the alarm and the home automation via a smartphone (preferably Android). Only radio solutions are already in play. I've found a Zipato system which is supposedly compatible, but is it possible (apart from arming/disarming of course) to block the line and is a fixed IP address at home required (the customer has Neostrada). And will the DSC PC 5400 module be suitable for integration with the Zipabox controller?

You are combining well with Android - it works (also with iOS) but the PC5400 module is not suitable for this. You need another module for this integration - DSC IT-100 and Zipabox + backup module. IP variables -ok. line blocking -ok.
