Best Free Directory Creation Software for High-Quality Product Catalogs with Images & Text (Polish)

Hello and welcome.
I am writing to you because I am looking for a program in which I can easily and quickly create a catalog of my company's products. I wanted to do this in Word, but found out that when printing, the quality would be poor. The catalog has a lot of photos and text. Please help me find a free program, preferably in Polish.

But the requirements. If you want in Polish, contact companies that have programs for warehousing and creating offers. Only paid programs. Free Open Office where you use a spreadsheet + database. Product catalog, if it is to be printed and made by hand, there are graphics programs - paid. Your post does not contain any meaningful information. Specify which catalog, for what, for whom and for what purpose (print, presentation, website).

You can choose free ones like Gimp or Inkscape. But it's best to get some older versions of Corel Draw (from version 9), you have Corel Draw and Corel Photo-Paint in it. With its help you can create a high-quality catalog. You can find an older version with a commercial license from 100 PLN

For such directories as you recommend paid, in my opinion, adobe InDesign would be the best. The programs you recommend are either for regular raster graphics or vector graphics. Of course, you can also make catalogs in them, etc., but InDesign is mainly for such things, so it has a lot of facilities such as page numbering, etc. If you want to make one catalog, the 30-day TRIAL version is enough for you.

If you don't know, don't write. Corel is a very underrated program - you just showed it. It has everything that is necessary not only for simple tasks but also for very advanced ones. What Corel comes with is that you must have a minimum of 3 programs in Adobe for an absurd amount. And one more thing, go to the printing houses and ask what programs they work on. You will be very surprised.

Well, you probably did not understand. I did not write that the program is bad. I wrote that of course you can make a directory in it, but the program intended only for such things as directories, folders, etc. is InDesign. It has quick options for such things because it's made for it. You have just shown your ignorance about it. Read with understanding, buddy.

Understand it means to know the program, somehow you do not see that you are an expert on Corel since you do not know its basic functions. Besides, why buy a program for a trifle 2000 PLN is one thing (as you suggest), if you can have a program for half price for the same + others.

When it comes to commercial programs, it is worth taking an interest in the Serif Page Plus program. This program is quite easy to use and has great possibilities. After registering on the manufacturer's website, you can get a free start-up version of the program with restrictions. There is also a slightly older Polish version of the X5, but this version is not available as a starter version.
