The pressure gauge shows that the pressure is below 0.8 bar.

The instruction says that the pressure should be increased by filling the system with water.

Can any of you tell me how to do it?

Hello, look for the water release knob under the boiler, if you are not sure if it allows you to put a photo of it on the post, if you do not want to take photos, just ask your uncle google about: Ariston Clas 24/28 user manual "

You shoot water to the boiler with this blue knob, unscrew it gently, check the pressure on the pressure gauge all the time, when it is right you turn it off and it's ready :)

the bastard won't budge ... I pull this blue cork down, try to turn it either way but to no avail (I put quite a lot of effort into it).

The pressure in the "rest" state - 0.5, after turning on the hot water, it increases to around 1.1.

What is this pressure too low and what is the possible risk of it?

Then you have to pressurize the expansion tank - it is located at the back of the boiler. But first, you close all the taps under the boiler and drain the water from the boiler. You increase the pressure to 0.8 bar, unscrew the taps under the boiler and top up the pressure on the pressure gauge with water. You vent the boiler and pump and it's ready. But you have to deal with that filling tap.
