According to the instructions, to ignite you must:
    1. Turn the knob (1) from position o(=off)
    to position * (=pilot)

    2. Push the knob (1) all the way in and hold it
pressed for about 20 seconds, ignite
    flame with a lighter
    or piezo igniter (6) w
    depending on the model.

    3. Turn the knob (1) from the ignition position
    flame on the corresponding indicator
selected temperature, from 1 to 7

And at this point there is always a problem with turning the knob to the left to the desired position from 1 to 7. The knob is locked to the left and when we turn it to the right the candle goes out. I use this thermal bath occasionally only when more people come and a second bathroom is needed. From the beginning there is a problem with this heater with gas ignition. Is it a factory defect or maybe most have a problem with it during start-up after a break.

Simply the device qualifies for inspection and maintenance. Invite the service technician for cleaning.

We turn it when: 1-wait for * 20÷30 sec., 2-release and look through the viewfinder that the remote control is still on, 3-then turn the knob to the designated range, e.g. 3-4. No sudden movements, nothing forced. There may of course be a problem with the size of the pilot and underheating of the thermocouple, but in general this gas boiler does not break down. By unskilful turning, we can damage the plastic guide of the gas valve or push the electromagnet may cut and not bounce ... Great caution is recommended; many customers have already had their hands cut, tanned eyebrows and one installer ended up in the hospital because someone had previously unscrewed the main nozzle of the burner. Electromagnet off time 30÷60sec. Therefore, ignition attempts should be made at certain intervals and always start from the dot.

It didn't work for me either, the Lord from the service cleaned it for two days. The son was taking a bath and suddenly the stove shot like a massacre such a bang and then a terrible noise I quickly disconnected the gas with the valve? Now I'm waiting for the gas service

The gas valve solenoid is for regeneration. The moving part relative to the permanent electromagnet must be perfectly clean and tight.
When this is not the case after some time, there are difficulties in arming the solenoid valve, even after 30 seconds. It catches only randomly.

If the device fired-exploded during operation, it is very disturbing and dangerous. Are the gas fittings tight? Are the connections tight? Is the maintenance and service technician a responsible person with permissions? The protections must not be bypassed and the moving parts of the cam and the follower must be operational....
