Indesit washing machine - no possibility to remove the container

Hello, I have been struggling with a powder and liquid container for some time. I read on the forum that the container (exactly the part intended for the rinse aid) retains water, which also happens to me.
I read that the container can be removed by slightly lifting it up and / or tugging it .. unfortunately for me this option does not work. I mean, it seems to jump out slightly from the right side, while the left one holds stubbornly, I'm afraid that some parts will break if I jerk too much.
is this problem only for me, has it happened to someone and how to deal with it.

At the back of the drawer, on the side or in the middle, there should be a tab which, when pressed, allows for the complete removal of the drawer. Something like this picture:

I checked, unfortunately the back part of the drawer is "empty", if you look closely, you can see the chamber, it is impossible to press anything.
I also checked from the bottom, it looks like on the left side (under the first compartment) something is blocking the opening of the drawer, you can see it comes out on the right side without any problems. I tried to undermine it, but the effect is that now I have a problem with completely closing the drawer ...

And what exactly is the washing machine model?

It is enough to bend the drawer down slightly when pulling it out and then it will slip out of the catches.

After almost five years, the problem has rather been resolved.
