INT ETHM-1 and KNX - KNX protocols sent via macro commands from INT ETHM ?

Hello, I will try to describe the problem in a relatively simple way:

an Integra 32 with INT KNX and INT ETHM modules, and a KNX system are installed in the house,
protocols sent via INT KNX are read correctly by the controller (KNX),
whereas protocols sent via macro-commands, configured on the ETHM-1 -> GuardX/MobileKPD tab, "do not reach" the KNX
i would add that other macrocommands (not KNX-related) work correctly

maybe someone has done something similar before and will be able to give me some hints/advice,

and communication in the reverse direction, if it is present in your case, i.e. from KNX to Integra, is present and working correctly?

The reverse is not needed here, so I don't know. :/

i understand, I ask because I had the problem the other way round until I updated the knx module firmware
the advice was to update the module's batch, i.e. with the update program from Satel

on this site it would be appropriate to write specifically, but I do not have access to the control panel now and I do not quite remember the details of what did not want to work precisely
but generally speaking, as is often the case with products under development, such as the int knx module and the integration itself, everything worked after the firmware update.
i suggest you download the latest firmware for the control panel, int module, and use the latest dloadx for programming and guarda for operation

it is possible that one of the products has become old and does not know about the new features,
i.e. i had this in the autumn i updated the int knx and it worked

I have already tried with an update, all components have the latest softy, unfortunately this had no effect :/
The configuration has been sent to satel, they were supposed to check what could be wrong, unfortunately I have not received any concrete and helpful answer for several weeks....
