Hello. After connecting the videophone Orno or-vid-js-1021 in order for me to hear anything inside the house I have to speak very close to the microphone, otherwise the microphone is kind of switched off. Is it possible to turn up the external panel or increase the sensitivity of its microphone...

Hello If the equipment is under warranty send it for service. It is possible that the microphone hole is clogged - this should be checked. You may just need to increase the volume on the monitor - I had such a case:) - this is the cheapest possible video intercom so all sorts of miracles happen:) Regards

i bought 2pcs.same thing no sound from the cassette at the wicket, I have been complaining for a month I demanded a cash refund I am still waiting.

replacing the cable with a thicker one helped

Hello.

Hello
