When turned on, cold vertical stripes appear that obscure the image content, disappear after about 5 minutes. Chilling T-con and motherboards correctly operating TV does not evoke malfunction. Probably something with the LTF460HJ03 matrix electronics.

When the rear panel was removed, the TV reacted to twisting the casing.
Loosening the screws from the motherboard, the problem resolved. I will do reballing bga systems.

Hello, I do not understand why a colleague wanders to determine where the fault may be, in the matrix, T-con or maybe the motherboard, you can not determine whether the stripes appear during OSD / MENU only or not and do not narrow down with the reduction of image proportions as well whether they appear immediately after turning on the TV-then you could come to some conclusions without measurements even.

Search area narrowed to the main board. BGA overdraft does not work, the graphics chip / scaler is damaged. To confirm the theory another damaged plate from the series "6"
Typical product aging effect, after warranty and on TV.
