I have a problem with a Tona 4024 actuator. Every now and then, one of the actuators ( the one that opens second ) will not open. The control panel indicates resistance on the actuator. Setting the annealing function did not help, replacing the actuators with new ones by the manufacturer helped for about 1.5 months. It still happens that the gate does not want to open. Unfortunately by the time I get there the gate is running. The gate only starts up after further attempts to open it or to decouple the actuator. Of course, one might think that the actuators are to blame here, but I have ruled this out by replacing them with new ones. As far as keeping the dimensions is concerned, everything is by the book. I sent the photos to the service department and they see nothing unusual there.
