[Solved] Samsung washing machine does not want to disable the door lock

Hello, the problem is as above, there is a red key on the monitor and it does not disappear, and before that, it was enough to open the door. I have a choice of 2 buttons, ON / OFF and a washing button (see the first photo). Temp., Spin, Options and Empty buttons do not work. I immediately note that this is my first contact with this device (but it was used before) and that so far I do not have detailed information about this washing machine, i.e. the exact model, etc., but when I find it, I will write it. I once had an adventure with a samsung washing machine for the above-mentioned fault (the door light did not go out even though the washing machine was turned off), the heater turned out to be the fault - it had a puncture to the protective one.

The last one I had such a case, only the source was leakage to ground ....... from the MOTOR.
The lock also did not release if the plug was not removed from the socket.
It was enough to disconnect the protective wire from the motor, which itself has no other connection to ground, since the washing machine has a plastic tank.
You can also replace the engine with ... a new one.
Nobody can forbid the rich!
