    Hello,
i am planning to connect multiple sensors to the 1-wire bus of a raspberry minicomputer and I know that the longer the length of the total cable is, the lower the probability of reading.
Here my question is what is the best cable to use to maximise the distances?

I have found something like LIYCY. It is unfortunately expensive.
I would like to connect at least 3 x 20m.

    Hello

You can use twisted pair cable in the screen. In addition, you can use a ferrite choke at the end of the cable (computer side):

I have about 20 sensors on one bus in a star topology (unfortunately such a necessity). With an ordinary twisted-pair cable, the problem was not the length, but the number of ds connected. It worked with a 1k bus pull-up resistor.
In the 1wire bus, the capacity of the wires is of great importance.

Think about surge protection for the bus.
