Hello, I have purchased the following TV: Thomson 40FZ5533 with Thomson SmartTV.2 function (TV description)
Who will tell me how to download and install applications on it.
I miss exactly, for example, the Opera browser because there is a browser in the Smart TV but it muddies my head so much that it hurts and does not have an address bar at all to enter it.
Please help me in this matter.

    It is not possible.

A TV is not a computer - you are only doomed to what the TV manufacturer itself offers.

A friend has a Samsung and also SmartTV.2 and somehow he can download and install, for example, a different browser than the one he has built-in or other applications, so what's the problem that Thomson can't? The Smart TV function is not a function of a given brand, but a general one for all manufacturers, so I do not understand. I'm asking for a clearer explanation because if something doesn't work, I already know why.

This is not possible on all Samsung models.
And why not with you - ask the manufacturer of your TV.
It doesn't matter what you think - that's what the TV producer decided.

Only that the contract for the distribution of this particular content on its product is signed by the TV manufacturer, not you, so you are stuck with what exactly the product of this manufacturer offers.

If you can make an aquarium from one TV model, it does not mean that you can do the same from the other.
I had to buy a Samsung and it wouldn't be a problem.
