Hello,
I have a car radio with Honda Alpine BB714PH navigation. The radio was factory installed in Honda CRV. Everything was ok, it worked as it should. Wanting to transfer the radio to another car (to the same CRV Honda, but the version without navi), I took out the radio and connected according to the scheme:
- the audio plug with the power supply is the same, so I just connected it to the radio
- there was no plug with NAVI power supply, so I connected a separate power supply and ground in a 12-pin cube on the radio, according to the diagram from the Internet (1/2/5 + 12V, 4 / mass)
Unfortunately, the radio did not move. After reconnecting in an old car, the radio did not move.
I do not know what could have happened. It seems to me that I have connected everything well. Or maybe I misread PINs in the NAVI cube.
I'm looking for help on what to do next, how to check if something burned? Is it profitable to repair them?
Greetings,
Luke.
