HP EliteBook 2560p BIOS Failure Recovery & Missing Data Update: HPBQ138.exe Alternative

I had a bios failure in the above-mentioned model. Bios programmed in the programmer. Now, when starting, I get messages like in the photo. What program should I supplement the missing data with? I tried HPBQ138.exe but this utility can NOT be executed on this platform is displayed. Please check other version utility again
