But the author is concerned with the lines 20 kV not 15, 30, 110, 220 or 400 kV.
I am afraid you will not find the identified 20 kV lines anywhere. And two more things, the operating voltage of the line should be distinguished from its construction and insulation used.

This map also shows power lines and their stations.

Unfortunately, on OSM only the HV and LV are mapped quite well, because you can see them on ortho sleepers. It's not so easy with SN ... ;)

They are definitely in Lower Silesia and there are full documentation to which I partially have access but are not generally accessible and I am bound by professional secrecy.

Insiders ;) they have knowledge but only for business purposes and for themselves.

Looking at this map, it does not fully reflect the reality. For example, there is no single MV line running parallel to another at a distance of about 400 meters. I don't see 110 kV line there either.

This map (base) is made by humans for free. If something is wrong or, for example, the 110kV line is missing, you can report it (on the right, the penultimate icon) and someone else will draw it. It will be worse with lower tensions because there are more of them and they are less important. A colleague may also join our electrode mappers and draw all these lines, at least in his area.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around locating the current routes of 20 kV transmission lines for forest exploration. Users suggest utilizing OpenStreetMap, which provides some mapping of power lines, although it primarily focuses on high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) lines. There is skepticism about the availability of specific 20 kV line data, as it may not be well-documented or accessible to the public. Some users mention that detailed documentation exists in certain regions, like Lower Silesia, but is restricted due to professional confidentiality. The conversation highlights the challenges in accurately mapping lower voltage lines and the potential for community contributions to improve mapping accuracy.
