[Solved] INEA Services: Understanding IP Changes - Fixed vs Variable IP, Reasons & Scenarios

One thing "worried" me - that is, I have been using Inea's services for several years and I was convinced that it has a fixed IP - looking at gmail / bank accounts logs, etc., I had the same IP for a long time - 85.221.147.xxx (since I look, i.e. over half a year for sure), regardless of the router reset, the IP always kept coming back the same for a long time.
Yesterday at 11 am "suddenly" my IP changed to a completely different 77.65.91.xx - and since yesterday I have it all the time. I haven't changed any contracts, routers or anything like that.
Hence my question - does Inea have a fixed or variable IP? Could it "itself" change like that for no reason after such a time? What could it be caused by?

Depends on what you have in the contract.
If you don't have a constant written on it, the fact that it hasn't changed over x times doesn't mean anything.

There is nothing written about fixed IP in the contract. It just hasn't changed for so long that I assumed it was constant.
And most of all, what could have been caused by the fact that nothing changed for such a long time, and then suddenly ... I wonder if it is a normal thing or should I be disturbed by such a change.

Normal thing.
Apparently, someone else at that time reset the router and you swapped, or some forced change on the operator's side.

Yes it can change and you have no influence on it.
