SAMSUNG UE40D6000 (BN44-00482B) - Identifying DS809 Diode, QM801 Transistor, and YC Component

Hi Guys,

I find similar thread in polish language and reply there in english, but they said to me that I have to open new thread in english for my problem.

ICS801S - STR-A6052M (blown)
RS807 - 0.65Ω (blown)
DS809 - ??? (questionable) - in paralel with RS807
ZDS802 - BZX84B16LT1 (questionable)
QM801 - ???(2F) (in short circuit)
??? - ???(°YC 141) (in short circuit)

Does any one know which is this diode (DS809), transistor (QM801) and ??? (YC)?
Where can I buy this three on the internet + ZDS802, because i doubt it that I can find it in Croatia? Maybe if I replace it with something familiar.

And if some one know what else can be problem that STR-A6053M explode?
What I have to look for that I don't blow another STR?
One is aprox 9 euro. It's not to cheap.

I think it's all pretty much the same, just different vendor.

When I get home I will check all other transistors or diodes and try to mesure their dimensions to see what exactly is.

if you please you are working without plane .. and that is wrong in this job ..why ?
because you will damage more components and spend more mony .
if you look to components you will see that some of them have suffix diferente from the other .ex ICS/ICM ..it is IC but S for standby circuit..but M for main switching circuit . standby cir must works first to produce 5v to supply the main board . I see the problem is in the standby cir (S) your job is to measure component related to it .
another note there are different places with burned fiber ..it makes short cir ..it must be deleted completely before put it to supply .
