    TV Samsung LE40D503F7W, matrix LTF400HM05 on the Buffer Board module 400HR42S4LV0.B I have a broken Q9 transistor (probably half) exploded after flooding marked in the picture (compact), maybe one of my colleagues knows what is sitting there.
    I would be grateful if someone could help me

    After analyzing the logic with the SM4109 chip which is present in me, I found that it is a mosfet p-channel, I created the ZXMP6A17G removed from a different logic and the TV set started. The SM4109 chip warms up a bit, but it probably should be. I would prefer to put on an original one, if someone knows what is sitting there, please answer.

    The low output * 19pF-25pF is important for this P-ch transistor
    Field PCs for 3A / 20-30V current described on the housing as (58 ? 3).
    As a field with N-chanel uses ZXMN6A07FTA, in DC-DC converter circuits.
    (7N6 inscription on the housing).

    This applies to T-con (eg T-con S100FAPC2LVO.3) for matrices from the series (LTF400HM0x) x = 3 / or 5 using SM4109 ( on which there is no datasheet "u. )
    Apparently working at f = 650-700kHz ?!

    Apparently a "light copy" of MAX17122, which was used in LTF400HM01 (T-con F60MB4C2LV0.6), see appendix.

    Usually the problem lies in the matrix, broken connections in the glass of these matrices (drivers integrated in the glass) (look carefully), three tapes on the left and right ... or the slow "agony of the matrix" begins.

    After viewing the matrix, I did not find any damage, the plate was flooded and therefore the damage was caused, because it is located below the matrix at the bottom. For now I check it without submitting, I am waiting for someone to send me the symbol of the original transistor.
    The SM4109 chip warms up a bit and that's why I do not put it together yet.
