Welcome, I want to connect a Fibaro Dimmer with a Z-Wave Z-Stick Gen5 Adapter. How to send a simple on/off command over COM and set the brightness. Is there any Z-Wave documentation that shows a frame/protocol of how such a data frame is handled?

The Fibaro communication framework is not publicly available as the system does not run on OpenZwave, only the commercial version. You can scrape an email to support, although I doubt they will make it available....
