I have a Samsung laptop. I wanted to clean it, but the screw is broken. Instead of a cross there is o. How to unscrew this screw?

Use a flat, hard screwdriver to tap something lightly into the screw and it must release.

I would fit a Phillips screwdriver and sharpen the tip itself so that each of the arms of the cross would form something like the blade of a cutter / reamer. Each pressure and attempt to unscrew would cut the blade, the four blades, into the screw head. More than one screw has succumbed to this method.

You can and yes ... But in my opinion the fastest and most sensible solution is a 2mm drill. Alternatively, there are special kits for removing damaged screws, but is the skin worth a layette ...
