    Welcome,

I have searched all over the internet and unfortunately have not been able to find the device in question.
I am referring to a light brightness controller (analogue one you can easily get) but with the possibility to program it.

I have a blind window in my kitchen and I want to make LED lighting which will imitate light (without going into the subject) and I want, for example, the LEDs to shine from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. at 30%, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 50%, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 30% and at other times to be switched off.

The best solution would be to be able to program the intensity (as I understand it will be regulated here) to change smoothly - i.e. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. increase from such a value to such a value.

Could you help me in any way, give me some advice - where and if I can get such a device somewhere.

    Greetings!

LED bulbs and fluorescent lamps cannot be simply controlled, e.g. by voltage, for which you need a special controller. But ordinary light bulbs and halogen lamps can be controlled with a triac-based phase controller.
However, "LED bulbs" with 12 V can be controlled steplessly using a cheap regulator, the so-called RGB dimmer. This means that you will be supplying these LEDs from an additional power supply + some kind of timer.
