    I tried to determine the cause of the FSFR1800HSL system damage.
    After desoldering this system I did not find any further short circuits, I decided to check the PFC voltage, I loaded it with a 1k? resistor and switched on the power supply, after clicking the relay the meter showed 310V for a fraction of second and the power fuse was blown, short circuit got MOS transistor in PFC, after disconnection and re-switching to the network, the balloon from the ICP801S SPC7011F system flew out, the voltage supplying it is 15V, which means correct.
    I suspect that the PFC system somehow went crazy and gave too much voltage, which caused damage to the FSFR1800HSL system.
