    Hello

    TV as in the description. After switching on the network, the LED lights up with continuous light indicating work on st-by. After switching on, the LED blinks and stops all the time anyway. In general, TV can not start. I suspect T-CON, but I would like to make sure. Unhooking him does not change anything. After unplugging the BLU on / off from the connector on the power supply board, the backlight gets up without any problem (when the panel is off, the signal is shorted to ground). The problem seems to be on T-CON. The STV1 and STV2 signals are in the form of extremely short "pins" and have a voltage of about 4mv on the meter. I do not know if the main panel is waiting for a response from the logic if there is an image and only then is trying to highlight it. Voltage on the power supply all in the standard.

    Hello. Does the main processor under the heat sink get slightly warm after a short while?

    Sling gently gets warm but as long as you are tired of it. Tv is trying to start all the time and gives it time to measure. Proceed normally starts the power supply, quarks all oscillate, as I said the backlight when disconnected from the main-lights up and shines without a problem to turn off the power supply when the process enters again in st-by. Today I will take a photo of stv and cpv runs and I will throw it here.

    The T-con has to come + 12V and 3.3V.
    As for T-Con: SM4152 = RT6905 / * as for the dc-dc workflow

    The voltages from maina are. As I remember correctly, it's 13V and as you say 3.3V. The problem is that all the basic voltages are, and I stuck to this STV signal because it looks strange and I do not know how it should be.

    These are the correct values
    P_DIM = 3,9v

    Blu it normally has 0.2V. Removing this pin from the connector going to the main causes the backlight to turn on and then it has a value of 2.9V, in order:
    PWM DIM1 = 1.02V
    PWM DIM2 = 0.85V
    PWM DIM3 = 0.85V
    PWM DIM4 = 1.23V
    The release causes ignition because in the main this signal is shorted to the mass of the transistor at the moment of the absence of the matrix ignition signal.

    I will try to measure the tension soon, although probably there is a problem because probably not all are described, because I know that I could not find something there.

    In these new T-con should be Led, whose lighting "talks about the state of T-con"

    e.g. SAMSUNG UE40F6100AK 40 "LED TV
    T-CON Board BN41-01939B - BN97-06996A Link
    * has two LEDs and three controls DC / DC operation SM4152

    They are ledy. All 3 lights up when you try to start the TV. As for the tension:
    HAVDD = 8.4V
    VOFFE = -11,6V
    VONE = 30V
    HAVDD = 8.4V
    VSS_7.5V = - 8.3 V
    AVDD = 17V
    VCS1 = VCS2 = 6.1V

    The rest as I wrote is not described, but I find another description in similar values.
    What you can see SDP1209 becomes quite fast and clearly "warm", even very.
    I have found the voltage which after supplying the T-CON appears with the T-CON READY - 3.3V (3.24V) appears there. In general, it seems to me that the 3.3V branch is quite heavily loaded, even if I raise it from an external source, it always lacks it to a full 3.3V, normally it is 3.26V.
    I also substituted the main memory for sure. Generally reading the forum of foreign colleagues including link from col. Lisek I am thinking about damaged SDP1209.

    Look at the Main DC-DC converter giving power, maybe 1.1V per processor.

    I just checked it out there. I have there 1.1V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 3.3V, 5V, 12V.

    I do not know what else I can look for.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Samsung UE40F6650SS LED TV that fails to turn on, indicated by a blinking LED light. The user suspects a T-CON board issue (model LSF460HJ02, BN41-02069) due to abnormal STV signal voltages and normal power supply voltages. Various contributors suggest checking the main processor's temperature, confirming the presence of necessary voltages (12V and 3.3V) at the T-CON, and examining the main DC-DC converter outputs. The user reports that the T-CON board lights up when disconnected from the main board, indicating potential issues with the main logic or T-CON signals. Additional troubleshooting steps include checking EEPROM connections and considering the SDP1209 component's condition.
