Hello. I have a laptop lenovo X1 carbon on the website, the record: LMQ-1 MB 12298-2 48.4LY06.021. It's rather a problem with bios BIOS . After connecting to the power supply board starts up, current up to 0.5 0.6 A no image, then reset and again. I am looking for the right feed for this CD. I found the wsady I found on the internet 16 mb MB, while or y the standard gyal is 8 mb MB. Tracks from badcaps do not work.
Cast disc: MX25L6475E, MEC1632L-AUE, i5-4210U. I'm adding my original dump. Please help.

    Quote:
The MEC1633 incorporates a high-performance 32-bit ARC 625D embedded microcontroller with a 192 Kilobyte Embedded Flash Subsystem, 16 Kilobytes of SRAM, 1 Kilobyte EEPROM emulation, and a 2 Kilobyte EEPROM.
The MEC1633 communicates with the system host using the Intel® Low Pin Count bus.
The MEC1633 is the EC Base Component of a split-architecture Advanced I/O Controller system which uses BC-Link communication protocol to access up to three companion components. The BC-Link protocol is peer-to-peer providing
communication between the MEC1633 embedded controller and registers located in a companion.
The MEC1633 is directly powered by two separate suspend supply planes (VBAT and VTR) and senses a third runtime power plane (VCC) to provide “instant on” and system power management functions .
The MEC1633 also contains an integrated VTR Reset Interface and a system Power Management Interface that supports low-power states and can
drive state changes as a result of hardware wake events as defined by the MEC1633 Wake Interface.
The MEC1633 defines a software development system interface that includes an MCU Serial Debug Port, a two pin serial debug port with a 16C550A register interface that is accessible to the EC or to the LPC host and can operate up
to 2 MB/s, a flexible Flash programming interface, a Port 80 BIOS Debug Port, Gang Programmer Interface, and a JTAG interface.
The EC can also drive the JTAG interface as a master.

So the problem may lie at KBC? I can try to replace it if it is. Going back to these bits, how I tried with this 16 < br /> mb MB is the original 8 mb MB and this 16 mb < br /> The MB in the hex editor started identically. Even the bone was programmable including 16 mb MB when trying to run with this batch the board starts to download 120mA and so it hangs so much worse than on the org.

    To with Link_ elvikom

Look at SM from Lenovo X240 (nm-a091), there is also MEC1633.
    - i5-4300U (SR1ED)
    Everything written in it
    Similarly, Lenowo W540

    Apparently, similar to

    - Yes.

    - It is programmable, and dunks do not have it ...
Generally, there is a problem with this model - the load for KBC and PCH should be in compatible versions - so it's worth to try it with other batches - maybe you hit.

    Check out this one.

I threw my colleague sk1977 and after running a fixed 230mA, the fan is spinning, all current and correct voltage. I tried to get back to my original now but what's interesting is that the original effect is now the same as on a foreign feed. Perhaps the problem is not at all in the bios, but in cold solder under the breastbone. I do not want to reball through the current black glue under the systems. As for the power supply, which was asked by fellow foxes, this is classic - BQ24760 and TPS511220A. PS I have done the transfer of all the coils and voltage converters to power the bridge and the frame. In a few cases, it helped for such ailments but not here.
